23/8/25 - Update - I took my car back to the garage very recently for a repair - a very unsafe noise was happening when hard steering left or right. Dropped the car off in the morning, and a couple of hours later they called me to advise that a new strut was needed. Cost of the part and for labour was discussed - after which the work went ahead. The car was returned to me later that afternoon - and feels as good as new to drive. Great price too - a lot less than what I thought I was going to get charged!! My Volvo clutch failed and nobody had space to repair for another 2-3 weeks. Gary managed to fit me in within 24 hours, car was repaired (full clutch kit & flywheel) same day and got the car delivered to my work before finishing at 5pm.
